Where is Albania?

Picture
Albania is located across from the heel of the boot of Italy. It is situated on the western coast of the Balkan peninsula on the Adriatic Sea. The country of Montenegro borders to the north of Albania while Greece borders to the south. And, Kosovo and Macedonia border the eastern side of Albania. Albania is mostly mountainous with beautiful Mediterranean climate all year round. Albania is considered to be a part of Europe, although much of the neighboring Middle Eastern countries are friendly with Albania primarily due to its large Muslim population.
