Our Mission
We are the Dill family (Greg, Marcella, Coleman, Morgan, and Drayton) and God has called us to full time missions to help fulfill Christ's command for the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20). We are serving in the country of Albania amongst an unreached people group called the Roma people, commonly known as Gypsies. The Roma are shunned from society and have no access to the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Most live in abject poverty with no electricity or running water.
In the community of 15,000 Roma people in which we live and serve, there are only a few known believers of Christ. It is our desire to help bring the Roma into a meaningful and life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. This will be accomplished by entering into their world, telling them about Christ and showing the love of Christ by serving them. It is our intention to not only share the Gospel with them, but to come alongside the Roma and help move them from abject poverty into productive and self-sustainable lifestyles through education and the development of simple business skills. It is our hope that God will use us to help establish a healthy church amongst the Roma community of Tirane someday... making an eternal impact upon the lives of everyone God puts into our path.

Pioneers is a non-denominational, Christian organization whose mission is to mobilize teams to glorify God among unreached peoples by initiating church-planting movements in partnership with local churches.
